1.首先需要有一台VPS，ipv6好像部署HY2不行
2.电脑需要有finashell 下载地址：https://www.hostbuf.com/
3.电脑需要有 V2RAY 下载地址：https://github.com/2dust/v2rayN/releases/download/6.28/v2rayN-With-Core.zip
4. 需要下载HY2内核并放入V2RAY的文件夹 下载地址：https://github.com/apernet/hysteria/releases/download/app%2Fv2.0.0/hysteria-windows-amd64.exe
5. vps 安装HY2协议的一键脚本：
